When I asked Alex the Sales & Marketing VP for Austin FIT if his family was pet friendly, this was his response:

“We all have dogs, my parents have a ranch with 2 horses, a donkey, tons of cows and chickens, 2 cats, and 3 dogs.”

This year’s Pedal for Puppies net proceeds will be donated to the Austin Pets Alive! Animal Resource Center. This new facility just opened September 1, 2010. It is located at 2807 Manchaca Road in south Austin. Austin Pets Alive! is always looking for volunteers, donations, and foster parents.
